Indian businesses that take enquiries, follow them up by phone and on site, and send GST quotations, from an owner who sells alone to a team with sales managers and executives.
Screens from Aarav Infra Projects, one of our demo companies, on our staging server. Every name, number and email address in them is made up.
Leads from your website
Make a web form, list your website address and paste the code into your site, or link to the form’s own page. Spam is held back by a hidden field, a time check and limits per visitor, and each form takes at most 200 new leads a day unless you change it.
CSV import
Download the template, fill it and import. Rows with a problem are listed with the reason and left out; "Only check the file" imports nothing.
Duplicate check and merge
A new lead is checked by phone, email and GSTIN against leads, contacts and companies. Managers merge a duplicate into the other lead: activities and files move across.
Assignment rules
New leads go to a person by city, by product, or in turn (round robin). A lead a sales executive adds stays theirs.
Lead score
A score from 0 to 100 on every lead, with the reason for each point: contact details, a valid GSTIN, source, value, consent and recent activity.
Companies and contacts
GSTIN checked including its last character, PAN that must match the GSTIN, several addresses (billing, shipping, site, office) and tags. Contacts belong to a company.
Consent and do-not-contact (DPDP Act)
Record the purpose, date, how consent was given and the exact text agreed to. An opt-out puts the email and phone on your organisation’s do-not-contact list, and K-CRM then sends that person no email from anyone in your organisation.
Deals pipeline
A board with one column per stage, and the same deals as a list. Product lines set the deal value before GST. Mark a deal won or lost with the reason.
Monthly forecast
Open deals by the month they should close, with the value and the value weighted by probability. Late and undated deals are shown apart.
Calls, meetings and site visits
Log a call, meeting, site visit, WhatsApp chat or note on any lead, deal, company or contact. On a site visit, "Check in here (GPS)" records where you are; the phone asks first.
Tasks and email reminders
Plan a task with a due date and a reminder; K-CRM emails you at that time. My tasks shows what is overdue, due today and coming up, and a morning email lists anything overdue.
GST quotations
A quotation from the deal’s lines with HSN / SAC, discounts and terms. Same state as yours: CGST and SGST; another state: IGST, by place of supply. Printable, with the amount in words.
Versions and online acceptance
Sending makes a signed link for the customer, who opens it, prints it and accepts or declines with their name; you get an email. A new version stops the old link working.
Email templates
Managers keep templates with the person’s name, company and your name filled in. Emails go out within 15 minutes. Opened emails are not tracked.
Needs attention
One list of overdue follow-ups, leads not called in 2 days, unassigned leads, deals past their close date or with no next step, and quotations about to expire.
Reports
Funnel, conversion by source, win rate, sales cycle, activity by person, overdue follow-ups and deals with no next step, for any period. Each downloads as CSV.
Roles and audit trail
Organisation admin, sales manager, sales executive and viewer. Sales executives see only their own leads and deals. Every create, change, delete and send is logged.
Linked to the other Khanal apps
One sign-in with Khanal ID across every app. A won deal can start its project in K-Projects. Sending a tender lead to K-Tender and an accepted quotation to K-Finance as an invoice are coming.
Data handling. Each company is a separate organisation; one organisation can never see another's leads, contacts, deals or quotations. Files are kept only in your organisation's own Google Drive or OneDrive, in the folder 07 - K-CRM, through
connected storage; until it is connected, uploads are refused. Consent records and the do-not-contact list are kept per organisation, and opened emails are not tracked.
Both plans have leads from web forms and CSV, the pipeline and forecast, site visits and GST quotations. Nothing is sold on top of a plan. Founding price with the code FOUNDING26 for the first 12 months, for organisations that sign up by 31 March 2027 (first 50 per product); then 75% of list in months 13 to 24, then list. Yearly = 10 × monthly, for 12 months. Prices exclude GST. Trial: 14 days, with 5 team members, 500 leads, 500 web-form leads; no card needed. Payments open at launch; start a free trial now. All apps, bundles and the offer: pricing.
Who is it for?
Indian businesses that take enquiries, follow them up by phone and on site, and send GST quotations: from an owner who sells alone to a team with sales managers and sales executives.
How do enquiries from my website reach K-CRM?
Make a web form in K-CRM, list your website address, and paste the form code into your site. If your site cannot run the code, link to the form’s own page or show it in an iframe on the listed site. Each enquiry becomes a lead, checked for duplicates and given to a salesperson by your assignment rules. Spam is held back by a hidden field, a time check, limits per visitor and a daily cap of new leads per form (200 unless you change it).
Does it work with WhatsApp?
Only through click-to-chat links. The WhatsApp button on a lead or contact opens a chat in WhatsApp, and you can log the chat as an activity or copy a quotation link into it. K-CRM does not send WhatsApp messages by itself and is not connected to the WhatsApp Business API.
Can a sales executive see other people’s leads?
No. A sales executive sees only the leads and deals assigned to them or that they created, and the companies, contacts, activities and quotations that belong to those. Sales managers and admins see everything; viewers can read but change nothing.
How does consent under the DPDP Act work?
Each lead and contact keeps what the person agreed to: the purpose, the date, how it was given and the exact text (for web forms, the text of the checkbox). If the person says stop, or uses the stop link in any email from K-CRM, their email and phone go on your organisation’s do-not-contact list, no one in your organisation can email them from K-CRM, and any later record with the same email or phone is marked too.
How are GST and quotation acceptance handled?
When the place of supply is in your state, the quotation shows CGST and SGST; in another state, IGST. When you send it, K-CRM makes a signed link that works until the valid-until date. The customer accepts or declines once, with their name; the time is recorded and you get an email. A new version replaces the old one and the old link stops working.
How do I sign in?
With your Khanal ID, the same sign-in used for every Khanal Group app. On a phone, use "Add to home screen" from the browser menu.
How much does it cost?
At the Founding price: Standard ₹499 a month (list ₹999). The Free plan costs nothing. Yearly is 10 × monthly. Prices exclude GST. Trial: 14 days, with 5 team members, 500 leads, 500 web-form leads; no card needed. After the trial everything stays readable.
