khanals.in

  • A plain guide to every Khanal app

Twelve new articles on Insights: one guide per app (GST and the Tally connector, tenders, construction projects, CRM, HR and attendance, site surveys, dispatch, email signatures, secretarial and SME IPO), the real cost of running separate software, and an honest comparison with separate and global tools, with every fact about other companies cited. Start with the overview

Across the apps

  • Prices for every app, and the Founding Offer

Every app and five bundles (CS Firm, Contractor, Construction suite, Business suite and Khanal One) now have published monthly prices; yearly is 10 times the monthly price. With the code FOUNDING26, the first 50 paying organisations of each product that sign up by 31 March 2027 pay half the list price for 12 months, then 75% for the next 12 months. Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial and no card. Prices exclude GST. Payments for apps other than K-MailSign open at launch. See the prices

  • On-server AI drafts, off until you switch them on

K-Projects can summarise a DPR or the last seven days and explain a gap with next steps; K-CRM drafts a follow-up email and summarises a lead's or deal's timeline; K-Logistics summarises a shipment and drafts a payment reminder; K-Tender groups a tender's eligibility and document text into a checklist, with its dates, EMD and fees filled in from the tender. An open-source model runs on our own server in India: nothing goes to an outside AI service and nothing is used for training. Every draft is labelled, can be edited or dismissed, and changes or sends nothing by itself. An admin switches it on in Settings. How on-server AI handles your data

K-Survey

  • K-Survey for site surveys before execution

survey.khanals.in is where a site is checked before the work starts: a site register, survey requests from a K-CRM deal, an on-site checklist, GPS check-in and check-out (read only when the surveyor presses the button), photos into required angles with their embedded location data removed, a measurement sheet, and the client's acknowledgement with name, mobile number and signature. It works without network on site. The BOQ is prepared from the measurements with rates and an approval step, then goes to K-Projects as a new project or into an existing one. K-Survey is part of the Construction suite and Khanal One. About K-Survey

K-HR

  • K-HR is live

hr.khanals.in keeps employee records, attendance with location at check-in and check-out (read only at that moment and only with the employee's consent), shifts, holidays, leave and comp-off, and statutory records: PF, ESIC, PT, LWF and gratuity, with a compliance calendar. The month's attendance and leave go to K-Finance payroll for review; K-Finance works out the pay. K-HR is part of the Business suite and Khanal One. About K-HR

K-Logistics

  • K-Logistics is live

logistics.khanals.in tracks dispatches by invoice, project and site, imports and exports with containers, B/L or AWB and customs dates, and credit days with receivables and payables ageing. Each dispatch can carry its e-way bill number, a validity suggested from the distance, and Part-B vehicle changes, with a warning before it expires. K-Logistics records e-way bills; it does not generate them. About K-Logistics

K-MailSign

  • 14-day K-MailSign trial

K-MailSign can be tried for 14 days without a card. After the trial it is ₹75 per user per month. Pricing grid

K-Finance

  • Tally connector for K-Finance

A PowerShell script on the PC that runs TallyPrime or Tally.ERP 9 reads masters and the Day Book and sends them to K-Finance, on a schedule you choose. It only reads from Tally and never writes to it. The data lands in the Migration Center, where it is checked, mapped and committed as with an uploaded file.

Across the apps

  • One customer and vendor directory per company

Customers, vendors and contractors are kept once in Khanal ID: names, PAN, GSTIN per branch, MSME details, addresses and contact basics, each with the app it came from. K-Projects, K-CRM, K-Logistics, K-Tender and K-Finance can fill a new record from it and suggest newer details; nothing changes in an app without a click there. Bank details are never stored in the directory.

  • Owner dashboard

Owners and admins get one page per company on khanals.in with a few figures from each app the company uses, such as bids closing in the next 7 days, late shipments and overdue receivables, each linking into the app. Each person sees only the figures their role in that app allows. A daily email of the same figures can be switched on.

  • One company and team across every app

Khanal ID is now the source of companies and teams. A company is created once and people are invited once; K-Finance (with K-Secretarial and K-IPO), K-MailSign, K-Tender, K-Projects, K-CRM, K-Logistics and connected storage pick up the company, its members and later changes. Someone removed in Khanal ID loses access in every app. An organisation that already exists in an app is linked only when its admin chooses to.

  • Bundles

Construction suite (K-Tender, K-Projects, K-Logistics, K-Finance and connected storage), Business suite (K-CRM, K-Finance, K-Secretarial, K-MailSign and connected storage) and Khanal One (every app). A bundle has one pool of seats: a person seated in one of its apps is seated in all of them. Price on request. Pricing grid

  • Livelier interface

In every app and on khanals.in, pages fade in, buttons show that a form is being sent and block a second click, and confirmations open in a dialog. All movement is switched off when your device is set to reduce motion.

K-CRM

  • Won deals start a K-Projects project

A won deal in K-CRM can create its project in K-Projects, and the deal is then marked as sent. Contacts who opted out are never sent. Hand-offs from K-CRM and K-Tender now land only in the matching company, and sending again opens the existing project instead of making a second one.

  • K-CRM is live

crm.khanals.in takes leads from web forms on your site and from CSV files, checks for duplicates and assigns them, and runs follow-ups and site visits, a pipeline with forecast, and GST quotations your customer accepts online. Consent and opt-outs are kept per organisation, as the DPDP Act needs. About K-CRM

Connected storage

  • K-Projects and K-CRM files in your own drive

An organisation can connect its Google Drive or OneDrive under Settings, Connected storage. New drawings, photos and documents are then saved there, in the folders 06 - K-Projects and 07 - K-CRM. Until a drive is connected, files stay in private storage on Khanal Group servers in India. About connected storage

khanals.in

  • Security page and demo requests

A security page sets out, product by product, where app records, files and backups are kept and which controls are in place. Demos and quotes can be requested through a short form. Security and where your data is stored

K-Projects

  • Site lifecycle, inspection visits and site board

Nine stages from empty ground to handover, each with a checklist, evidence and a second-person sign-off; a register of approvals and licences with renewal reminders; inspection visits with GPS check-in and a signed-off report, where findings become NCRs; a photo timeline with fixed photo points month on month; and a live site board.

  • Machinery tracking

A register by machine type and hire basis, with minimum guarantee and fuel norms; daily logs with meter photos, checked by a second person; a diesel ledger tied to store stock; utilisation, fuel per hour and cost per hour; monthly hire statements and document expiry reminders.

  • Vendor KYC and payment sheets with a bank file

Vendors with PAN, GSTIN, MSME (Udyam) details and a bank account that is stored encrypted, typed twice and checked against the IFSC. KYC and bank changes wait for a second manager. Payment sheets by vendor, site and cost head go through maker-checker and export as an XLSX or CSV file for the bank. Payments past the MSME 45-day limit are flagged.

  • Daily reports without signal

The day's report, with photos, can be filled on the phone without a connection. The phone sends it when the signal is back, and nothing is posted twice.

  • Labour, contractors, materials, quality, safety and cost control

Attendance, wage sheets and muster roll; work orders and contractor bills with GST, TDS 194C and retention; indents, purchase orders, goods received and site stock; inspections, NCRs, cube tests and safety records; one cost ledger with budget against actual; tasks, meeting minutes, and weekly and monthly reports.

K-Tender

  • A won tender starts a K-Projects project

A contract won in K-Tender can be sent to K-Projects with its BOQ and milestones in one click. Quantities from a K-Projects RA abstract can be imported back into the client RA bill in K-Tender.

K-Projects

  • K-Projects is live

projects.khanals.in runs construction projects from the site: schedule and progress, daily progress reports with photos from the phone, a measurement book with an engineer check, and RA bill abstracts. About K-Projects
