K-Tender

Prepare and track government and private tenders: deadlines, bid checklists, eligibility, document vault, EMD and bank guarantees in one workspace.

Beta. This product is in active development with early users. Features change frequently; tell us what your team needs.

Who it is for

Contractors, suppliers and EPC firms that bid on GeM, CPPP and state e-procurement portals — especially sports-infrastructure and civil works companies.

What it does

Tender register & deadlines

Every tender with its key dates in your time zone; reminders 7, 3 and 1 days before, and on the day.

Bid checklists

Checklists from templates for GeM, CPPP, state portals, works, supply, JV and sports surfaces (FIH, FIFA, World Athletics), with owners and reviews.

Eligibility matrix

Turnover, experience and other criteria compared with your numbers; a shortfall is flagged, and only a reviewer can mark a criterion met.

Document vault

Versioned company documents with expiry alerts; the exact version used in each bid is frozen when you record the submission.

Project experience

A library of completed works with completion certificates, and a finder for the usual 80% / 50% / 40% similar-work tests.

Document factory & PDF packages

Declarations and letters drafted from your data in Word and PDF; merged, indexed and numbered bid packages with a readiness report.

EMD & bank guarantees

EMD payments and refunds, BG validity, claim periods, amendments, margins and facility limits.

Approvals & audit trail

Bid / no-bid, technical, commercial and final approvals bound to the exact version approved; every change logged.

Reports & imports

Pipeline, win / loss, competitor prices from published results, EMD ageing, BG exposure; import from Excel.

Data handling. Each company is a separate organisation; one organisation can never see another's tenders or documents. K-Tender prepares and tracks bids — it never submits bids, signs with a DSC, stores DSC PINs or portal passwords, or pays EMD.

Questions

Does K-Tender submit bids on the portal?

No. Your team uploads and submits on the portal with its own DSC. You then record the submission in K-Tender with the acknowledgement number or receipt, and the exact document versions used are frozen.

Which portals does it work with?

Any — GeM, CPPP, state e-procurement and departmental portals. K-Tender does not log in to portals; you add tenders yourself, import them from Excel, or pick them from feeds your administrator enables.

Will it tell me whether we are eligible?

It compares the numbers you enter (turnover, similar-work values) with the tender's thresholds and flags any shortfall. A reviewer on your team confirms each criterion against the tender document.

How are documents kept?

In a private, versioned vault for your organisation, with expiry reminders. Files are never publicly reachable and every download is logged.

How much does it cost?

Every organisation starts with a 14-day free trial, no card needed. Plans and prices will be published on the pricing page before any paid billing starts.
