Your account
You are responsible for the people you invite to your organisation and for keeping sign-in details secure.
Your data
You own the data you put into our products. You can export it at any time. We process it only to provide the service.
Beta products
Products marked Beta may change without notice and are provided as they are, without uptime commitments.
Payment
Paid plans are billed in advance through Razorpay. Prices are listed on the pricing page.
Not professional advice
Our products help you organise finance and compliance work. They do not replace advice from your chartered accountant, company secretary or lawyer, and you remain responsible for your filings.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at New Delhi have jurisdiction.
