What’s new

  1. Across the apps
Prices for every app, and the Founding Offer

Every app and five bundles (CS Firm, Contractor, Construction suite, Business suite and Khanal One) now have published monthly prices; yearly is 10 times the monthly price. With the code FOUNDING26, the first 50 paying organisations of each product that sign up by 31 March 2027 pay half the list price for 12 months, then 75% for the next 12 months. Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial and no card. Prices exclude GST. Payments for apps other than K-MailSign open at launch.

  2. K-HR
    K-HR is live

hr.khanals.in keeps employee records, attendance with location at check-in and check-out (read only at that moment and only with the employee's consent), shifts, holidays, leave and comp-off, and statutory records: PF, ESIC, PT, LWF and gratuity, with a compliance calendar. The month's attendance and leave go to K-Finance payroll for review; K-Finance works out the pay. K-HR is part of the Business suite and Khanal One.

  3. K-Finance
    K-Projects and K-Logistics send documents to K-Finance

After a K-Finance owner or admin makes a link token, K-Projects sends approved contractor bills (with GST, TDS 194C, retention and advance recovery), goods received, site expenses and paid payment-sheet lines, and K-Logistics sends invoices with credit days and payments. They arrive every 15 minutes and wait in K-Finance's review queue; nothing reaches the books until a person accepts it.

Questions

Does K-Finance replace my accounting software?

K-Finance is a finance operations workspace: books with an edit log, GST and TDS workflows, payroll, treasury, imports/exports and a daily task view. It is in beta; whether it replaces your current books depends on what your organisation needs, and you can export your data at any time.

Does it handle multiple GSTINs and branches?

Yes. Multi-GSTIN and branch (ISD) ledgers and inter-unit inventory movements are part of the GST module, which is designed for companies registered in several states.

How does it deal with the Income-tax Act 2025 TDS codes?

The TDS module maps deductions to the Income-tax Act 2025 section codes alongside the old 1961 sections, the same mapping used in the free TDS code finder on this site.

Where is my data stored and who can see it?

On servers in India. Each client is a separate organisation with its own team; members of one organisation cannot see another's data. You can export your organisation's data at any time.

What does it cost?

At the Founding price: Finance Pro ₹349 a month (list ₹699), Business ₹1,499 a month (list ₹2,999), CFO ₹4,999 a month (list ₹9,999). The Free plan costs nothing. Enterprise: on request. Yearly is 10 × monthly. Prices exclude GST. Trial: start on the Free plan, with no time limit; a trial of a paid plan is set up on request; no card needed.

Where each product keeps app records, files and backups is set out in one table: where your data is stored. Trial, limits and price: pricing grid.
