What we collect

Account details (name, email), the business data you enter, and technical logs needed to run and secure the service.

How we use it

To provide the service, bill you, support you and keep the service secure. We do not sell personal data.

Where it is stored

On servers in India operated by our hosting provider.

Third parties

Razorpay (payments), Microsoft and Google (only when you connect them), and our hosting provider.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your data by writing to hello@khanals.in. We handle personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Retention

We keep your data while your account is active and delete it within 90 days of closure, except where the law requires us to keep it longer. Encrypted backups expire within 12 months.
