For traders and SMEs

Know who owes you, what is on the road and who came to work, every morning.

For traders, distributors, importers, exporters and small manufacturers. Five connected apps cover the books and GST, sales enquiries and quotations, dispatches and imports, attendance and the email signatures of your team. One Khanal ID signs in to all of them.

What goes wrong today

The problems business owners tell us about

Money stuck with customers

Nobody has one list of who owes what and how late it is, so follow-ups happen only when cash runs short.

GST and TDS dates creep up

Returns, challans and MSME supplier payments due within 45 days are tracked in a diary or in the accountant’s head.

Enquiries lost on the phone

Leads come by phone, the website and referrals; some are never called back, and quotations go out with the wrong GST.

Where is the shipment?

Which invoice went on which truck, whether the challan was signed, and how many free days are left at the port before demurrage.

Attendance on a paper register

Late marks, leave and missed punches are argued about at month end, and PF and ESIC details are missing for some employees.

Every email looks different

Each person formats their own email signature, with old phone numbers and titles.

The apps

Five apps for a growing business, one sign-in

Each app works on its own. Start with the one that hurts most and add the others when you need them.

Screens from Aarav Infra Projects, one of our demo companies, on our staging servers. Every name, number and email address in them is made up.

K-FinanceBooks, GST and TDS

Books, GST, TDS and payroll in one finance workspace

Vouchers and ledgers with an edit log, GST returns across several GSTINs and branches, TDS and challans, payroll and bank reconciliation. My Day reads the books each morning: cash in the bank, receipts and bills due today, which customers are late and the next filing date. Payables show which MSME suppliers are near the 45-day limit. K-Finance reads masters and the Day Book from Tally and never writes to it.

K-CRM quotation Q-0003 v1 for a demo deal: lines with quantity, rate, discount, taxable value and 18% GST, IGST because the place of supply is another state, the customer’s view and the button that emails the acceptance link.

K-CRMSales CRM

From enquiry to accepted GST quotation

Leads from your website form, a CSV or a phone call are checked for duplicates and assigned by city, product or in turn. Tasks and email reminders keep follow-ups on time. A quotation built from the deal’s lines carries HSN / SAC and CGST and SGST or IGST by place of supply, and your customer accepts it online.

K-Logistics imports of Aarav Infra Projects: three demo imports by sea and air with supplier and country, ETD, ETA, milestone and last free day.

K-LogisticsDispatches, imports and exports

Which goods went where, and what is still owed

One record per invoice with transporter, vehicle, LR number and status history, closed by a photo of the signed challan. Imports and exports carry containers, customs dates and the last free day before demurrage, with an alert email two days ahead. Credit days, payments and ageing show what each customer or supplier still owes, in its own currency.

K-HR attendance register for October 2026 for Aarav Infra Projects Pvt Ltd: 30 demo employees by department, a column per day with present, absent, weekly off, holiday, leave and late marks, and the days present.

K-HRHR and attendance

Every employee’s month on one register

Employees check in and out from a phone or a computer; the location is read only at that moment and only with their consent. Managers approve leave and missed punches, the register shows the month for everyone, and PF, ESIC, PT and LWF records are kept per employee. The month’s attendance goes to K-Finance payroll for review.

K-MailSign employees of Aarav Infra Projects: demo employees with demo email addresses, designation, department, office, licence and status, and buttons to sync, import a CSV or Excel file and add an employee.

K-MailSignEmail signatures

One correct, on-brand email signature for everyone

Connect Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 with one admin sign-in, design a signature once and assign it to people, teams or the whole company. Names, titles and phone numbers come from your directory, so every signature stays current.

K-Finance keeps documents in your own Google Drive or OneDrive through connected storage, and K-CRM too once a drive is connected; K-MailSign, K-Logistics and K-HR keep files on Khanal Group servers in India: where each app keeps its data.

Questions

Questions business owners ask

We use Tally. Do we have to stop?

No. K-Finance reads masters and the Day Book from Tally through a small script on the Tally PC, and it never writes to Tally.

Does K-Logistics track trucks by GPS or make e-way bills?

No. It has no GPS tracking, no SMS or WhatsApp messages and no e-way bill generation. Your team updates the status, from a phone at site if needed.

Does K-HR track employees during the day?

No. The location is read only at check-in and check-out, and only when the employee ticks the consent box. Salary, PAN and bank details stay in K-Finance payroll.
