Drive Connect
Find and keep your files and the document registry
Drive Connect does not hold your files, so there is nothing to download from it. The files are in your drive, and a daily registry tells you which file belongs to which record.

What you need
- Access to the connected Google Drive or OneDrive
- Administrator rights to open the storage page
Open your files
- Open your organisation's storage page.
- Click Open the Khanal Group folder ↗, or open the folder in Google Drive or OneDrive yourself.
- Open the numbered folder of the app, for example 05 - K-Tender.
Find the registry
- Open 90 - Exports and Recovery, then Registry.
- Open the newest
registry-YYYY-MM-DD.json. It lists every document's ids, drive file, checksum, version group and sharing.
Good to know
- Copies frozen as evidence are under 90 - Exports and Recovery / Frozen evidence.
- Each app exports its own records; see the app's export article, for example K-Tender.
- Deleting a file in the drive removes it for the apps too. Khanal Group keeps no copies.
Common errors
There is no Registry folder yet
The registry is written once a day. Check again tomorrow, or write to hello@khanals.in.
I cannot see the files in OneDrive
Look in Apps/Khanal Group of the account that connected. Other people's OneDrives do not have them.
Still stuck?
Email hello@khanals.in with the app name, what you clicked and the exact message you saw. Do not send passwords, PINs or authenticator codes. You can also use the contact page.
