Good to know

  • On a phone, use the browser's Add to home screen so K-Survey opens like an app.
  • A deal in K-CRM can request the survey for you with Request site survey. See Links to other apps.
  • One site keeps every visit, survey, BOQ, document and its pre-execution checklist.

Common errors

"Your Khanal ID needs a verified email and two-step verification to use K-Survey."

Verify your e-mail and set up an authenticator app in Khanal ID, then sign in again. See Sign in and two-step verification.

Type a 10-digit Indian mobile number without spaces.

"Your plan allows 100 site surveys a year. Ask for a bigger plan on the Billing page to add more."

The trial allows 100 surveys in the last 12 months. Request a plan on Plan & billing. See Plans and limits.

Still stuck?

Email hello@khanals.in with the app name, what you clicked and the exact message you saw. Do not send passwords, PINs or authenticator codes. You can also use the contact page.
