K-Survey
Connect K-Survey to K-CRM and K-Projects
K-Survey receives survey requests from K-CRM and sends approved BOQs to K-Projects. Each link shows the details for review and creates nothing until a person confirms.

What you need
- Your K-Survey organisation linked to the same Khanal organisation as the other app
- The Organisation admin or Survey manager role to accept a request or send a BOQ
- Your organisation using K-CRM or K-Projects on the same Khanal ID
Take a survey request from K-CRM
- In K-CRM, the salesperson opens the deal or lead and clicks Request site survey.
- Sign in to K-Survey if asked.
- Check the client, site and requirement shown, and choose the organisation if asked.
- Confirm. K-Survey creates the site and a survey request.
- Schedule and assign the survey as usual.
Send an approved BOQ to K-Projects
- Open the approved BOQ in BOQs.
- Click Send to K-Projects.
- Check the preview and click Open in K-Projects.
- In K-Projects, choose a new contract project or an existing contract project and click Take the BOQ in.
Show the survey status in K-CRM
- Open the survey that came from K-CRM.
- Click Show the status in K-CRM. The deal then shows the survey's status.
Good to know
- A BOQ sent to K-Projects carries the items, the site facts and observations, and the site contact. It never carries the client's signature or the mobile number from the acknowledgement.
- After K-Projects confirms, the BOQ shows Sent to K-Projects with Open in K-Projects, and the site becomes Sent to execution. Sending the same BOQ version again opens the same project.
- Field logins are shared with K-HR: if K-HR already made a login for an employee code, K-Survey is added to it.
- K-Tender to K-Survey is not built yet.
