K-MailSign plans, licences, trial and the Founding Offer
K-MailSign has one plan with every feature. You pay per licence, and a licence is one person who gets the signature.

What you need
- The Owner or Billing administrator role to pay
- A UPI app, card, net banking or wallet
Buy licences
- Click Billing & plan in the sidebar.
- Under Buy licences or extend, choose how many licences you need (at least 3).
- Choose How long: 1, 3, 6 or 12 months.
- Check the total, then click Pay.
- Pay in the Razorpay window and keep it open until it confirms.
- Open Employees, tick people and click Assign licence.
Good to know
- Price: ₹75 per licence per month, excluding GST, with a minimum of 3 licences. Importing and keeping people in the directory is free.
- Trial: 14 days with 3 licences and every feature. No card is needed.
- Founding Offer FOUNDING26: ₹49 per licence for months 1 to 12, ₹56 (75% of list) for months 13 to 24, then ₹75. It is for organisations that sign up by 31 March 2027, first 50 paying organisations. See Founding Offer.
- Plans do not renew automatically. All licences share one end date. Receipts: Receipts and bill of supply. All prices: /pricing/.
Common errors
Is there a free plan?
No. There is a 14-day free trial with 3 licences. After that you pay per licence per month, from 3 licences.
What happens when the trial or plan ends?
The Outlook add-in stops adding signatures, and you cannot deploy, publish or assign licences until you buy or renew. Your data is kept, and everything resumes when you pay.
"All N licences are in use. Buy more under Billing & plan, or remove a licence from someone first."
Buy more under Billing & plan. Added licences are charged only for the days left in the current period. Or remove a licence from someone who no longer needs it.
"K-MailSign is sold from 3 licences: choose 3 or more."
Choose at least 3 licences. Also choose at least as many as are already assigned.
How do I reduce the number of licences?
Choose the lower number together with an extension. Everyone keeps their licence until the current end date, and the new number starts then. Nothing is refunded.
Money was debited but my plan did not change
Wait a few minutes and reload Billing & plan: Razorpay also confirms payments to K-MailSign directly, even if the window closed. If it still has not changed, write to hello@khanals.in with the payment ID from your bank or UPI app. The payment is matched in Razorpay and the plan is activated or the amount refunded.
