Founding Offer FOUNDING26: who qualifies and how it is applied
The Founding Offer rewards the first organisations that pay for a Khanal app. This article explains the price steps, who qualifies and how the offer is applied at checkout.

What you need
- An organisation in Khanal ID that signed up by 31 Mar 2027
- Owner or admin role in that organisation
- A paid plan or bundle with a Founding price (see Pricing)
Check whether your organisation qualifies
- Sign in at khanals.in/org and open your organisation.
- Click Billing.
- Read the Founding Offer FOUNDING26 box. It says whether your organisation qualifies, and shows the places left for each app.
- If Billing shows Payments open soon — start your free trial., payments are not open yet. Start a 14-day trial from Your apps and come back later.
Buy a plan with the Founding price
- On Billing, under Buy, renew or change a plan, choose the Plan or bundle. Each option shows the list price and the Founding price.
- Choose Monthly or Yearly: 12 months for the price of 10.
- Leave Coupon empty. FOUNDING26 is applied by itself when you qualify. You can also type
FOUNDING26. - Fill in Bill to: name, GSTIN if you have one, address and state.
- Click Continue.
- On Review and pay, check the Founding steps: the price until month 12, the price until month 24, then the list price.
- Click Pay ... with Razorpay and finish the payment.
Good to know
- Price steps: months 1-12 at the Founding price (50% of list), months 13-24 at 75% of list, list price from month 25. We email you 30 days before each step.
- Who qualifies: organisations that sign up from the launch date to 31 Mar 2027, and only the first 50 paying organisations per product. A bundle takes a place in each paid product in it.
- Yearly prepay (12 months for the price of 10) applies on top of the Founding price. Prices are monthly, in INR, excluding GST.
- Existing beta users keep complimentary access until the beta ends, with notice, then get the Founding price with 60 days' notice. Existing K-MailSign customers keep their current price unless the Founding price is lower.
Common errors
"FOUNDING26 does not apply: The Founding Offer has not started yet."
The offer has no launch date yet. Until it starts, use a free trial. Organisations created in Khanal ID before the launch date are not counted, except beta users, who are moved to the Founding price with notice.
"The Founding Offer is for organisations that signed up between ... and 31 Mar 2027."
Your organisation was created in Khanal ID outside the offer window. If it was a beta organisation, write to hello@khanals.in; beta users are moved to the Founding price with notice.
"All 50 Founding places are taken for ..."
That product has no places left. You can still buy it at the list price.
"That code is not valid."
Only FOUNDING26 is accepted in the coupon box. Clear the box, or type FOUNDING26 exactly.
"Payments open soon — start your free trial."
Online payment is not switched on yet. Every app has a 14-day trial with no card. To pay now, write to hello@khanals.in.
