How K-MailSign works with Khanal ID and other Khanal apps

K-MailSign shares your Khanal ID sign-in and organisation with the other Khanal apps. It does not exchange records with other apps yet.

What you need

  • A Khanal ID
  • Access to K-MailSign in your organisation

Move between Khanal apps

  1. Open https://sign.khanals.in/app/ and sign in with your Khanal ID.
  2. Click Switch app in the Khanal Group bar at the top to open another app you use.
  3. Click All apps to go to the Khanal Group home at khanals.in/apps.

Check your linked organisation

  1. Open your organisation in Khanal ID.
  2. Make sure K-MailSign is one of its apps.
  3. Open K-MailSign. The organisation name and time zone follow Khanal ID.

Good to know

  • There is nothing to switch on. Sign-in and organisation sync work as soon as your organisation is linked. Khanal ID can also set your K-MailSign trial, plan and number of licences.
  • Khanal ID owners and admins open K-MailSign as Administrators; other members open it as Employees.
  • K-MailSign does not pull employees from K-HR or any other Khanal app. Use Import CSV / Excel or connect Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
  • K-MailSign does not use connected storage (Google Drive or OneDrive). Logos, photos and banners stay on the K-MailSign server so mail programs can load them.

You can view everything but not change it. Nothing was lost. Contact hello@khanals.in.

Still stuck?
