Invite a colleague
- Click Team & access in the sidebar.

- Ask them to sign in with that exact email address to accept.
Manage invitations and members
- Find the person under Pending invitations.
- Click Resend to send a fresh 7-day link. The old link stops working.

Good to know
- Roles: Owner (full control, including deleting the organisation); Administrator (everything except deleting the organisation and paying); IT administrator (employees, integrations and deployments); Marketing administrator and Signature designer (create and edit signatures, no deploying); Billing administrator (Billing & plan payments only); Read-only auditor (view everything, including the activity log); Employee (own profile only).
- Only an Owner or a Billing administrator can pay. Only an Owner, Administrator or IT administrator can deploy or press Sync now.
- If your organisation is linked in Khanal ID, its owners and admins open K-MailSign as Administrators and other members as Employees. An Owner set here stays Owner.
- K-MailSign has no field-staff logins. Employees never need to sign in to get their signature.
