K-HR plans, prices, trial and limits
K-HR is priced by the number of active employee records. Prices are monthly, in rupees, excluding GST.

What you need
- The Organisation admin role to open Plan & billing
- Your number of active employees
Ask for a plan
- Open the user menu → Plan & billing.
- Check Your plan and the meters for team members, employee records and storage.
- Click Request this plan under the plan you want.
- Wait for Khanal Group's e-mail with the quotation. The plan is switched on for you; your data stays as it is.
Good to know
- Starter: ₹999 a month (Founding ₹499), up to 50 employees. Standard: ₹2,499 (Founding ₹1,249), up to 200 employees. Business: ₹6,999 (Founding ₹3,499), up to 1,000 employees.
- Yearly = 10 × monthly for 12 months, for example ₹24,990 a year for Standard.
- K-HR Standard is also in the Business suite and in Khanal One. See Pricing.
- Online payment is not part of K-HR yet. You request a plan and Khanal Group sends the quotation.
Common errors
How long is the trial?
14 days from when you create the organisation, with no card. Plan & billing shows the days left.
What happens when the trial or plan ends?
Everything stays readable, but changes need a plan. A paid plan has 7 days of grace after its end date before it becomes read-only.
What happens at a limit?
K-HR refuses the next record with "Your plan allows 50 employee records. Ask for a bigger plan on the Billing page to add more." Exited employees do not count. The same applies to team members.
What is the Founding Offer?
Code FOUNDING26: 50% of list for months 1-12, 75% for months 13-24, list from month 25, for the first 50 paying organisations that sign up by 31 Mar 2027. See Founding Offer.
