- On a phone, use "Add to home screen" from the browser menu.
Common errors
"Your Khanal ID needs a verified email and two-step verification to use K-HR."
Verify your e-mail and set up an authenticator app in Khanal ID, then sign in again. See Sign in and two-step verification.
"No position found in that text." when I add an office
Paste a Google Maps link or two numbers like 23.3441, 85.3096. Leave the position empty for a location without a geofence.
"Another employee has this code."
Each employee code must be unique in the organisation. Use the next free code, for example E103.
"Your plan allows 50 employee records. Ask for a bigger plan on the Billing page to add more."
Your plan's limit is reached. Exited employees do not count. Open Plan & billing and request a bigger plan. See Plans and limits.
