K-Tender plans, limits and the free trial
K-Tender has four plans. Prices are monthly in INR and exclude GST. Your Billing page shows the plan and limits that apply to your organisation today.

What you need
- The Organisation admin role to see Billing
- The number of people who will use K-Tender
Check your plan and usage
- Open the menu under your name and click Billing.
- Read Plan, Trial ends and your usage of active tenders, team members, storage and companies.
- To change plan, click Subscribe or Request this plan on the plan you want.
Good to know
- Plans (list price per month / Founding price): Free ₹0 (discovery, daily alert e-mail, 10 tenders, 1 user); Starter ₹999 / ₹499 (register, deadlines, checklists, vault, 3 users); Professional ₹2,499 / ₹1,249 (adds EMD/BG, costing/BOQ, document factory, approvals, 8 users); Business ₹5,999 / ₹2,999 (adds bid intelligence, contracts, JV, OEM portal, 20 users).
- Yearly = 10 times the monthly price for 12 months. Paid plans start with a 14-day trial; no card is needed.
- The limits K-Tender enforces are the ones on your Billing page. During the move to central licensing they can differ from the list above; ask hello@khanals.in if they do.

Common errors
What happens when I reach a limit?
K-Tender stops adding that one thing and says so, for example "Your plan allows 3 team members. Upgrade the plan in Billing to add more." Everything else keeps working.
What happens when the trial ends?
If no paid plan starts, the organisation becomes read-only. You can still open pages, use Billing, export and read the audit log. Nothing is deleted.
What if a payment fails?
Organisation admins are told at once. You have 7 days to pay; after that the organisation is read-only until paid. Nothing is deleted.
Billing shows "Pricing on request"
Online payment is not set up for that plan yet. Click Request this plan; the Khanal team contacts you and nothing is charged until you pay.
"... is not in your current plan"
That page needs a higher plan. Your data is safe. An organisation admin can compare plans on Billing.
What is the Founding Offer?
Code FOUNDING26: 50% of list price for months 1 to 12 and 75% for months 13 to 24, for organisations that sign up by 31 Mar 2027 (first 50 paying organisations per product). See Founding Offer.
