K-Survey
Export your K-Survey data: sites, measurements, BOQs and reports
K-Survey lets you download the site register, each survey's measurements and each BOQ. Survey reports print as A4. There is no single download of the whole organisation yet.

What you need
- The Organisation admin, Survey manager or Estimator / QS role for the site register CSV
- Access to the survey or BOQ you want to download
- A spreadsheet program that opens CSV or Excel files
Download the site register
- Click Site register.
- Click Export CSV.
Download a survey's measurements
- Open the survey.
- Under Measurement sheet, click Download CSV.
Download a BOQ
- Click BOQs and open the BOQ.
- Click CSV or Excel at the top.
Download your own data
- Click your name, then Privacy.
- Click Download my data (JSON).
Good to know
- The BOQ download is in the format K-Projects imports.
- Photos and files are not bundled into a download. Open them on the survey, or print the survey report with Print report.
- Admins and survey managers can download the audit log as CSV from Audit log.
- To close your account and remove your data, see Export or delete your data.
Common errors
"You do not have permission to do that." when I export the site register
Surveyors and viewers cannot export the register. Ask an admin, survey manager or estimator.
The Excel link is missing on a BOQ
Use CSV; it opens in Excel too. If you need XLSX, write to hello@khanals.in.
My JSON download has no client acknowledgements
Acknowledgements are the clients' data and are not included. They stay on the survey and in its printed report.
