K-Projects

Export your K-Projects data to CSV, Excel and print

Most registers in K-Projects have a CSV download next to them. DPRs, RA abstracts and bills print on paper. There is no single file with the whole organisation yet.

What you need

  • Access to the project (viewers can download most CSVs)
  • The Project manager or Organisation admin role for the audit log
  • A spreadsheet program that opens CSV files

Download a project register

  1. Open the project and click the tab you need, for example BOQ, Contractors, Materials or Cost.
  2. Click the CSV link next to the register.
  3. Open the file in Excel or another spreadsheet program.

Download an RA bill abstract

  1. Open the project and click RA abstracts.
  2. Open the abstract.
  3. Click the CSV download for the client bill, or Print for the paper copy.

Download the audit log

  1. Click your name, then Audit log.
  2. Click the CSV export.

Good to know

  • CSV downloads exist for: BOQ, RA abstracts, labour man-hours and the worker register, contractors and bills, the TDS register, parties, payment-sheet bank files (CSV or Excel), indents, POs, goods received, stock and issues, equipment logs, fuel and monitoring, inspections, NCRs, tests, safety registers, cost summary and ledger, site expenses, tasks, approvals, visits, the gaps report, the portfolio and the site board.
  • DPRs have no CSV export: use Print. Files and photos are not bundled into a download; open them on each record, or connect your own Google Drive or OneDrive so new files are kept there.
  • To close your account and remove your data, see Export or delete your data.

Common errors

"You do not have permission to do that." when I open the audit log

The audit log needs the Project manager or Organisation admin role. Ask your admin.
