Common errors

"Your Khanal ID needs a verified email and two-step verification to use K-Projects."

Verify your e-mail and set up an authenticator in Khanal ID, then sign in again. See Sign in and two-step verification.

"Your session expired. Please go back and try again."

The page was open too long. Go back, reload the page and submit again. Sessions also end after 12 hours without use.

"You do not have permission to do that."

Your role does not allow this action. Ask your Organisation admin to change your role or do it for you.

"The file is larger than 30 MB." or "File type … is not allowed."

Upload a smaller file. Allowed types are PDF, Word, Excel, CSV, TXT, PNG, WebP, JPG, DWG and ZIP.

"This file is no longer in your Google Drive (deleted or moved out of the Khanal Group folder)."

The file was moved or deleted in your drive. Restore it from the drive's bin, or upload it again.

"Something went wrong on our side (reference …)."

Try again. If it keeps happening, write to hello@khanals.in with the reference.

Still stuck?
