K-Projects plans, prices, trial and limits
This page lists the K-Projects plans and what happens when you reach a limit or your trial ends.

What you need
- The Organisation admin role to open Plan & billing
- Your organisation's current number of running projects and members
See your plan and usage
- Click your name, then Plan & billing.
- Read Your plan: trial end date and days left, or the plan and renewal date.
- Check the meters for active projects, team members and storage on Khanal servers.
Ask for a plan
- On Plan & billing, find the plan you want.
- Click Request this plan.
- Wait for Khanal Group's e-mail with the quotation. Your data stays as it is.
Good to know
- Prices are monthly, in rupees, excluding GST. Yearly is 10 times the monthly price for 12 months.
- Online payment is not available in the app yet. Request this plan sends the request and Khanal Group switches the plan on.

Common errors
What does each plan cost?
Site: ₹1,999 a month, for 5 projects and 15 users. Company: ₹4,999 a month, for 25 projects and 60 users. Enterprise: on request, no limits. K-Projects Site is also part of the Construction suite and Khanal One bundles.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new organisation gets 14 days, with no card. During the trial K-Projects allows 3 running projects and 5 members.
What is the Founding Offer?
With code FOUNDING26 you pay 50% of the list price for months 1 to 12 and 75% for months 13 to 24, then the list price. Site is ₹999 and Company ₹2,499 a month in year one. It is open to organisations that sign up by 31 March 2027, for the first 50 paying organisations. See Founding Offer.
What happens when I reach a limit?
Existing work carries on. You cannot add one more running project or member, and you see "Your plan allows 5 active projects. Ask for a bigger plan on the Billing page to add more." A completed project does not count.
What happens when the trial or plan ends?
Everything stays readable, but changes need a plan. The page shows "Everything stays readable; changes need a plan." Request a plan to continue.
Do files in my own Google Drive count against storage?
No. Only files kept on Khanal servers count. Connect your drive in Connected storage to keep new files there.
