Keep your files in your own Google Drive or OneDrive
Connected storage (Drive Connect) keeps your company documents in your organisation's own Google Drive or OneDrive. You connect once, and every app that supports it uses the same connection.

Connect your drive

Check and manage the connection
- Read Apps using this storage to see which apps are linked.
- Click Check now to test the connection.
- Look at Needs attention for failed uploads, or files deleted or changed in the drive.
- Under Administrators, type a Khanal ID email and click Add to add another administrator.
Good to know
- Which apps use it today: K-Finance and K-Tender keep files in your drive (K-Tender refuses uploads until a drive is connected). K-Projects and K-CRM send new files to your drive once one is connected. K-Secretarial and K-IPO use their own Google Drive link. K-Logistics, K-Survey and K-HR keep files on Khanal Group servers in India for now. See Security.
- Least access: with Google Drive, Khanal Group can open only the files it created or that you pick. With OneDrive, only its own folder, Apps/Khanal Group.
- One cloud per organisation. You can switch to the other cloud only while no document is stored in the current one.
- Files are owned by the account that connected. For a company, use a company Shared drive or a Microsoft 365 account owned by the company. Full steps: Drive Connect help.
