What you need

  • A Khanal ID with two-step verification
  • The Manager or Organisation admin role to read the audit log

Check the audit log

  1. Open the user menu and click Audit log.
  2. Read the latest 300 entries: when, who, what and details.
  3. Check the line on top. It says whether the audit trail of your organisation is intact.

Ask for deletion

  1. Export what you need first. See export your data.
  2. Write from your account email to hello@khanals.in.

Good to know

  • Sign-in is through Khanal ID with two-step verification. Each organisation's records are read only within that organisation, in K-Logistics' own database.
  • Records are in a database on Khanal Group servers in India. Files (invoice copies, LRs, signed challans, B/Ls) are in private storage on those servers, visible only to your organisation. Photo metadata is removed on upload.
  • Nightly encrypted backups on the same server are kept up to 12 months, plus the host's weekly server snapshot.
  • Audit entries are linked as a hash chain and cannot be changed or deleted. Records are not deleted in the app; use Cancelled instead. Data is deleted within 90 days of a request, except what the law requires us to keep.

Common errors

"The audit trail of your organisation is broken at entry ..."

Write to hello@khanals.in at once with a screenshot.

"... is suspended in Khanal ID: it is read-only here ..."

Nothing was lost. Ask Khanal Group to reactivate the organisation.

"... was closed in Khanal ID, so it cannot be opened here."

Its data is kept. Write to hello@khanals.in if this is a mistake.

Is on-server AI on?

It is off until a Manager or admin switches On-server AI on in Settings. The model runs on our server in India; record text never leaves it.

Still stuck?

Email hello@khanals.in with the app name, what you clicked and the exact message you saw. Do not send passwords, PINs or authenticator codes. You can also use the contact page.
