K-Logistics plans, limits and the free trial
K-Logistics has two paid plans. Prices are monthly, in INR, excluding GST. Yearly is 10 times the monthly price for 12 months.

What you need
- The Organisation admin role to open Plan & billing
- Your current number of team members and shipment records
Request a plan
- Open the user menu and click Plan & billing.
- Check the meters for team members, shipment records and storage.
- Click Request this plan on the plan you want.
- Wait for the quotation from Khanal Group by email. Your data stays as it is.
Good to know
- Standard: ₹1,499 a month (Founding ₹749), 15 users, 10,000 shipments. Business: ₹3,999 a month (Founding ₹1,999), 60 users, 1,00,000 shipments.
- K-Logistics Standard is also part of the Construction suite and Khanal One bundles; see pricing.
- Online payment is not part of this release: Khanal Group sends a quotation and switches the plan on.
- Founding Offer FOUNDING26: 50% of list for months 1-12 and 75% for months 13-24; see the Founding Offer and receipts.
Common errors
How long is the free trial?
14 days from the day you create the organisation, with no card. Plan & billing shows the days left and the trial's own limits.
What happens when the trial or plan ends?
Everything stays readable; changes need a plan. A paid plan that is not renewed stays writable for 7 days of grace.
"Your plan allows ... shipment records. Ask for a bigger plan on the Billing page to add more."
Every record counts, a cancelled one too. Request a bigger plan on Plan & billing.
The app shows "Pricing on request" and a plan called Team
The Team plan in the app has the Standard limits. Use the prices on khanals.in/pricing or write to hello@khanals.in.
Does the Founding Offer apply to me?
It is for organisations that sign up by 31 Mar 2027, first 50 paying organisations per product. From month 25 the list price applies.
