K-IPO
Export a K-IPO project: ZIP backup, CSV and Word
A project lead can download the whole project as one ZIP file and restore it later. Most pages also offer CSV or Word downloads.

What you need
- The Lead role on the project, for the ZIP export
- The K-IPO create permission, to restore an export
Download the whole project
- Open the project and click Settings.
- Find Export / backup.
- Click Download export (.zip).
Restore an export
- Click All projects.
- Click Restore an export….
- Type a name, or leave it empty, and choose the .zip file.
- Click Verify and restore. It becomes a new project.
Download parts
- Click Export CSV on DD checklist, Findings or Rules & eligibility.
- Click Download full DRHP (Word) on Chapters, or Download Word on one chapter.
- Click Response table (Word) or Excel on Exchange queries.
Good to know
- The ZIP holds data, share register, frozen versions, filed copies and evidence links, with SHA-256 checksums and CSV copies of the checklist, findings and values.
- Drive files stay in Drive. The ZIP holds their links.
- People who are not members of your organisation are not carried over on restore.
Common errors
I do not see Download export (.zip)
Only the project lead can download the ZIP. Ask the lead, or use the CSV downloads.
The restore was refused
A file in the ZIP does not match its checksum, so nothing was imported. Download a fresh export and try again.
"Restoring an export creates a project: it needs the K-IPO “create” permission."
Ask an owner, admin, finance manager or accountant to restore it.
