K-Finance plans, trial and limits
K-Finance has a Free plan for one company and paid plans for more. This page lists the prices and what happens when you reach a limit.

See your plan and usage
- Click Plan & usage under Workspace in the left menu.
- Read Current plan and the used / limit figures for team members, entities, storage and exports.
- Choose Monthly or Annual and pick a plan to see the next step.
Good to know
- Prices per month, excluding GST: Free ₹0 (1 company); Finance Pro ₹699; Business ₹2,999; CFO ₹9,999; Enterprise on request. Yearly is 10 × the monthly price for 12 months.
- Paid plans have a 14-day trial with no card.
- Founding Offer FOUNDING26: 50% of list for months 1-12, 75% for months 13-24, list from month 25. See Founding Offer.
- Receipts: receipts and bill of supply. All prices: pricing.
Common errors
What are the prices?
Monthly, in INR, excluding GST: Free ₹0 for 1 company, Finance Pro ₹699, Business ₹2,999, CFO ₹9,999, Enterprise on request. Yearly is 10 × monthly for 12 months. Bundles such as CS Firm, Contractor and Business suite include K-Finance; see pricing.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Paid plans have a 14-day trial and you do not need a card.
What is the Founding Offer?
With code FOUNDING26 you pay 50% of the list price for months 1-12, 75% for months 13-24 and the list price from month 25. It is open to organisations that sign up by 31 Mar 2027, for the first 50 paying organisations per product. See Founding Offer.
What happens when I reach a limit?
K-Finance stops the new item and shows a message such as "You have used 1 of 1 — Entities on the Free plan." with the plan that raises the limit. Nothing already saved is touched.
What does the Free plan not include?
Free holds one company. Some modules need a paid plan; for example the Migration center imports from Tally only on a paid plan, and Free shows a trial-balance preview. A locked screen names the plan it needs.
What happens if a paid plan ends?
The organisation moves to Free. Nothing is deleted: anything above the Free limits becomes read-only, so you can view, export or delete it.
