K-Secretarial plans, limits and the free trial
K-Secretarial plans are set by the number of companies and team members. Prices are monthly, in rupees, excluding GST.

What you need
- The Owner or Admin role to change the plan
- Your current company count, shown on the plan chip at the top
Check or change your plan
- Click the plan chip at the top, or open Plan & billing in the left menu.
- Read your current plan, companies used and team members used.
- Click Upgrade on the plan you want, or Start 14-day free trial.
- Pay on the secure payment page. If online payment is not available, your request reaches our team instead.
Good to know
- Plans: CS Starter ₹0 (5 companies, 1 user); CS Solo ₹499 (15 companies, 2 users); CS Practice ₹1,499 (50 companies, 5 users); CS Firm Pro ₹3,499 (200 companies, 15 users); CS Enterprise ₹7,999 (500 companies, 40 users). Yearly is 10 times the monthly price, for 12 months.

Common errors
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Each organisation can try CS Practice free for 14 days, once, with no card. After the trial you stay on CS Starter unless you choose a plan. Nothing is deleted.
"Your plan includes 5 companies and 5 are in use."
You have reached your plan's company limit. Upgrade in Plan & billing, or delete companies you no longer manage. Archived companies still count until deleted.
What happens if I downgrade with more companies than the new plan allows?
Nothing is deleted. All companies stay readable, but you cannot add more until you are under the limit.
A page shows a lock and "is part of CS Practice and CS Firm Pro"
That feature is not in your plan. Upgrade, or start the 14-day trial if your organisation has not used it.
How many MCA look-ups do I get?
Each plan has a monthly allowance, for example 3 on CS Starter, 30 on CS Practice and 100 on CS Firm Pro. Repeat look-ups of the same company within 30 days are free.
Is GST added?
Prices exclude GST. GST at 18% is added only once Khanal Techno Services is registered for GST. Until then you get a bill of supply.
