Each K-IPO project has its own team. Every member has a party (issuer, merchant banker, counsel and so on) and a role on the project.

What you need
- The Lead role on the project
- The Owner or Admin role in the organisation, to invite new people
- Each person's name and e-mail
Invite a person to the organisation
- Open K-Finance → Settings → Team & roles.
- Click Add member.
- Type the Name and Email, for example Ravi Kumar.
- Choose the Role. For a merchant banker, counsel, auditor or registrar from outside, choose IPO adviser (external, project guest).
- Click Add member.
Add the person to the project
- Open the project and click Team.
- Click + Add member.
- Choose the Person.
- Choose the Party, for example Merchant banker (BRLM).
- Choose the Role: Lead, Editor, Reviewer or Viewer.
- Click Add.
Good to know
- Lead: team, settings, chapter lock and everything below. Editor: data, registers, uploads and generation. Reviewer: findings, comments and sign-off for their party. Viewer: read only.
- Owners, admins and finance managers see every project as a lead.
- An external adviser sees only the projects they are on and none of the organisation's other data. They can never be a lead.
- People who only send documents do not need a login. Send them an upload link from the DD checklist.
Common errors
"Everyone in the organisation is already on the project."
Invite the new person in K-Finance → Settings → Team & roles first, then add them on the project's Team page.
"Your role on this project (Viewer) cannot do this. Ask the project lead."
Your project role is too low for this action. Ask the lead to change you to Reviewer or Editor.
"External advisers cannot change the project team."
Only the issuer's lead manages the team. Ask them to add or remove people.
