Good to know
- A change to the company master in K-IPO is also a change in K-Secretarial.
- The capital build-up and shareholding pattern are worked out from the K-Secretarial share register. Change the register, not the tables.
- Restated financials are imported from the auditor's workbook, not from K-Finance books.
- External advisers do not see the app switcher or links to K-Secretarial and K-Finance.
Common errors
"The company master is shared with the issuer"
External advisers cannot change the shared company master. Ask the issuer's team to change it in K-Secretarial.
Capital structure says the share register is empty
Enter the opening balance and every allotment in K-Secretarial → Shareholding & cap table.
