K-CRM plans, prices, trial and limits
K-CRM has a free plan for small teams and a Standard plan. Prices are monthly, in rupees, excluding GST.

What you need
- The Organisation admin role to open Plan & billing
- Your number of users and leads
Ask for a plan
- Open the user menu → Plan & billing.
- Check your plan and the meters for team members, leads, web-form leads and storage.
- Click Request this plan under the plan you want.
- Wait for Khanal Group's e-mail with the quotation. Your data stays as it is.
Good to know
- Free: ₹0, 2 users and 200 leads. Standard: ₹999 a month (Founding ₹499), 10 users and 10,000 leads.
- Yearly = 10 × monthly for 12 months: ₹9,990 a year for Standard.
- K-CRM Standard is also in the Business suite and in Khanal One. See Pricing.
- Online payment is not part of K-CRM yet. You request a plan and Khanal Group sends the quotation.
Common errors
How long is the trial?
14 days on the paid plan, from when you create the organisation, with no card.
What happens when the trial or plan ends?
Everything stays readable, but adding or changing needs a plan. A paid plan has 7 days of grace after its end date. Reminders stop while the organisation is read-only.
What happens at a limit?
K-CRM refuses the next lead or member with "Your plan allows ... Ask for a bigger plan on the Billing page to add more." Merged leads do not count. A web form that is full asks visitors to call or e-mail you.
What is the Founding Offer?
Code FOUNDING26: 50% of list for months 1-12, 75% for months 13-24, list from month 25, for the first 50 paying organisations that sign up by 31 Mar 2027. See Founding Offer.
