Common errors
"Your Khanal ID needs a verified email and two-step verification to use K-CRM."
Verify your e-mail and set up an authenticator app in Khanal ID, then sign in again. See Sign in and two-step verification.
"The GST state does not match the GSTIN ..."
The first two digits of the GSTIN are the state code. Choose the state that matches, or correct the GSTIN.
"Give a phone number or an email."
A lead needs at least one way to reach the person. Type a phone number or an e-mail.
"This looks like a duplicate."
K-CRM already knows that phone, e-mail or GSTIN. Check the list shown. Tick Save anyway (a different enquiry) only if it is a new enquiry.
Still stuck?
