Drive Connect
Connect OneDrive (personal or Microsoft 365)
OneDrive works with a personal Microsoft account or a work or school (Microsoft 365) account. Files go only into Khanal Group's own folder under Apps.

What you need
- Administrator rights in the storage organisation
- A Microsoft account, ideally a work account owned by the company
- Possibly your Microsoft 365 administrator, to approve the app once
Connect
- Open your organisation at storage.khanals.in/storage.
- Click Connect OneDrive.
- Sign in with your Microsoft account and accept the permissions.
- Back on Drive Connect, you see that the "Khanal Group - ..." folder is ready in the Apps folder of this OneDrive.
- Check that the page says Your documents are stored in your OneDrive.
If the folder is not set up
- Open OneDrive once (onedrive.live.com, or office.com → OneDrive for a work account).
- Wait a minute.
- Click Use OneDrive of ... under Storage location.
Good to know
- The folder is
Apps/Khanal Group/Khanal Group - your organisation. Khanal Group cannot see anything else in the OneDrive. - The Khanal Group Microsoft app is not yet a verified publisher. Many Microsoft 365 organisations will show "Need admin approval"; your administrator approves Khanal Group once, then you connect again.
- Files are owned by the person who connected. If they leave, the Microsoft 365 administrator should hand their OneDrive over, or connect a company account first.
