  3. Click Export CSV for the full log.

Ask for data to be deleted

Good to know

  • Records are in a database on Khanal Group servers in India. Files stay in private storage there until you connect your own Google Drive or OneDrive; then new files go to your drive.
  • Every create, change and delete goes to an audit log linked as a hash chain, so a removed or altered entry shows.
  • On-server AI drafts are off until an organisation admin switches them on in Settings. The model runs on our server in India and record text never leaves it.
  • Backups are encrypted, nightly, kept up to 12 months. Details: Security.

Common errors

Can I delete a lead, deal or company?

K-CRM has no delete button for them. Merge duplicates, or mark a lead Not a fit. You can remove files and your own activities. For full deletion, write to hello@khanals.in.

Who can see a lead?

A sales executive sees only the leads and deals they own or created. Sales managers, viewers and admins see all of them in your organisation. Other organisations never see them.

What does the customer's quotation link show?

Only that quotation. The link stops working after the valid-until date or when you make a new version.

Still stuck?

Email hello@khanals.in with the app name, what you clicked and the exact message you saw. Do not send passwords, PINs or authenticator codes. You can also use the contact page.
